“When I started Coaching with Megan I was in a place that was very overwhelming health wise with many different issues being treated and evaluated for at the same time. Coaching gave me an outlet to share my story and recenter on my needs and what I can and need to focus on. Even though I spent time talking about what was going on medically with me it allowed to discuss this with someone who understood the impact of how multiple issues affect a person as a whole. (vs talking to someone who is not in the medical field). Megan is very easy to talk with. She’s one of those people you feel like you’ve known for years and can just start a conversation with without any awkwardness. She is very good at summarizing what I have told her to ensure what I have said is correct and validating my experience. My coaching with Megan was a positive experience and she provided excellent resources and follow up emails. Megan has a calm about her and in her voice that is relaxing. The meditations she did were very professional.  It helped me actually talk about what is going on with me instead of keeping it in. Outside of my husband and a few select others there are not many people that know ALL of what has and is happening all with my health and how it affects me. Being able to get it out verbally was a great help. Megan validated my taking it “day by day” and “hour by hour”. She understood that it was kind of difficult to focus on a “bigger picture” because I have so much little things going on. I would recommend Megan’s coaching to anyone who needs a gentle push and maybe has some goals but has trouble with execution.”

"When we started the 1st sessions, I did not know what to expect of this experience , however you made clear the goal about helping me to get healthier in any way possible. Your advice about eating the food that nourish my body and that I like, was key to set boundaries in my house (specially for my kid) about food and to teach her a good healthy diet, that by the way,  she started to enjoy! . I was surprised to realize that pleasing my kid eating likes affected the entire family and me. I feel difference in the way I approach food even from the standpoint of cooking, before ,it was boring , and now I’m excited on cooking a healthy meal.  You encouraged me to try other type of Yoga classes are more suited for me and that was a success. I’m committed to continue attending yoga classes for at least two times per day. Also, you provided some inputs to handle the stress and try to remove barriers that I can control by having a view of 6 months activities that I can accomplish (control) which can help to reduce anxiety.


I considered all the results mentioned above a success for me and for you, however I don’t think this success story would have happened without the support of a committed professional like you. You are clear in the expectation that you want from your patient, you dedicate time to prepare for your sessions and send the most useful follow up notes that I have received from any other couches. I love the mindful time we had in our sessions, I noticed that I got in the sessions with all the rush energy of the day and after that mindful moment I feel relax and be able to open more about the issues that needed to work on.
